Ansell Honors Sustainability with 2026 Greenovation Awards
Ansell has announced the winners of its 2026 Greenovation™ Award, recognizing 45 facilities for outstanding sustainability leadership in waste reduction. These facilities successfully diverted 668,919 pounds of used PPE waste from landfills in 2025 through Ansell's RightCycle™ Program. The initiative supports companies in recycling single-use PPE, including gloves, masks, and safety eyewear, aligning with Ansell's goal of achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040.
Prominent awardees include ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc., Promega Biosciences, and Regeneron. ETRIA's Phillip Jones expressed satisfaction in utilizing the program to increase recycled materials. Ansell's Nick Brown highlighted a record-setting diversion of over 1.0 million pounds of used PPE thanks to customer commitment and Ansell's investments.
The RightCycle™ Program transforms used PPE into plastic pellets for consumer products, offering third-party validated sustainability data. The Greenovation™ Awards annually celebrate the environmental contributions of Ansell's customers.
