This report is crafted in alignment with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) to showcase Aperam's dedication to transparency and sustainable development. It details environmental, social, and governance performance, offering stakeholders comprehensive insights.

The report highlights Aperam’s strategic focus on sustainability through its pillars of One Aperam, Innovation, and Circularity. These pillars support an integrated business model involving industrial operations, recycling, renewable energy, and specialty businesses. Bert Lyssens, Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer, emphasizes employee well-being as a core priority.

In 2025, Aperam reported sales of EUR 6,080 million with shipments of 2.29 million tonnes, underscoring its role in the circular economy and its sustainability efforts.
