Apex Critical Metals Extends Partnership with Rumble Strip Media
Apex Critical Metals Corp., a Vancouver-based exploration company, has announced an extension to its investor relations agreement with Rumble Strip Media Inc. The partnership aims to boost investor awareness through social media, marketing, and consulting services. Under this agreement, Apex will pay Rumble CAD$1,000,000, with CAD$250,000 paid upfront. The agreement began on August 20, 2025, and will last for three months, ending on November 20, 2025.
Rumble, an independent third party to Apex, will not hold any securities of the company. The agreement complies with Canadian securities laws and the Canadian Securities Exchange's policies. Apex is known for its acquisition and development of properties rich in rare earth elements, niobium, gold, and copper. This strategic move is part of their plan to investigate high-value opportunities and meet the demand for specialty metals.
