Aquis Stock Exchange: Admission of Connecting Excellence Group PLC
On December 8, 2025, Aquis Stock Exchange announced the updated application for the admission of Connecting Excellence Group PLC to the Aquis Growth Market. The firm's head office is located in Leeds, UK. Currently led by CEO Scott Philip Ellam, the board includes proposed directors Angus John Gladish, Samuel Roberts, and Vijay Selvam.
Founded in May 2025, Connecting Excellence Group acts as a holding entity for Spencer Riley Limited. The group is set to become the first Bitcoin-powered international executive recruitment firm. Spencer Riley, established in 2014, has expanded globally and recorded a revenue of £1.5 million in the year ending June 2025. The company aims to adopt a Bitcoin Treasury Strategy, currently holding 9.27 Bitcoin.
AlbR Capital Limited has been appointed as AQSE Corporate Adviser. Public admission of the company is expected on December 11, 2025.
