Uranium Energy Exploration Set for AQSE Admission
Uranium Energy Exploration Plc, soon to be renamed The Smarter Web Company Plc, has applied for admission to the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market. The UK-based company specializes in creating bespoke, mobile-friendly websites and online marketing strategies to enhance business online presence. Their services include web and logo design, SEO, animation, and custom development.
Under the leadership of CEO Andrew Simon John Webley, the company aims to grow through service adoption, client expansion, and strategic acquisitions. Unique to its strategy is the acceptance of Bitcoin payments and a Digital Asset Treasury Policy. This includes capital storage in both cash and digital assets like Bitcoin.
The admission is expected around 25 April 2025, with a retail offer open until 17 April on the Winterflood Platform. Peterhouse Capital Limited acts as the corporate adviser.
