Aramis Group, in accordance with the authorizations of the General Meeting of February 9, 2024 and February 4, 2025, has communicated the details of its purchases of its own shares over the period from February 3 to 7, 2025. These transactions comply with the regulations on share buybacks.
During this period, Aramis Group acquired a total of 47,960 shares (FR0014003U94) on the regulated market Euronext Paris (XPAR). The daily acquisition volume varied, with a high of 12,938 shares on February 5 and a low of 2,700 shares on February 7. The weighted average purchase price was €7.6698 per share.
