Aramis Group has announced the completion of several share buyback transactions conducted from May 4 to May 8, 2026. These operations, authorized by the General Assembly on February 3, 2026, adhere to the regulations governing share buybacks. The transactions involved the purchase of 30,586 own shares (FR0014003U94) in total, with execution on different dates at varied daily volumes and weighted average prices.

The breakdown of the transactions is as follows: 7,059 shares at €3.9374 on May 4, 6,069 shares at €3.9446 on May 5, 4,860 shares at €4.1149 on May 6, 4,920 shares at €4.0706 on May 7, and finally, 7,678 shares at €3.9072 on May 8. Overall, the average purchase price was approximately €3.9809. All trades were executed on the Paris stock exchange (XPAR).
