Aramis Group: Transactions in treasury shares for February 2026

From February 16 to 20, 2026, Aramis Group repurchased 19,069 of its own shares, in accordance with the authorizations granted by its General Meeting of February 3. These purchases are part of the authorized share buyback program, in compliance with applicable regulations.
