Aramis Group's 2026 Forecast Update

Aramis Group has lowered its 2026 annual targets due to more challenging market conditions than anticipated. First-half revenue totaled €1,134.2 million, down from €1,213.3 million in the previous year. B2C volumes declined by 7.3%, primarily due to lower sales in the UK and Austria. Adjusted EBITDA fell to €23.3 million, although gross margin per vehicle increased slightly.

The conflicts in the Middle East worsened the situation in the used vehicle market, resulting in declines of 4% and 5% respectively in the two quarters. Growing demand for electric vehicles also impacted the pre-registered segment.

For 2026, Aramis Group plans to sell at least 110,000 B2C vehicles, with adjusted EBITDA between €35 million and €45 million. The group maintains its medium-term objectives.
