ARCHOS successfully completes the acquisition of Distrame

ARCHOS, a company specializing in mobile technologies, has finalized its acquisition of Distrame, a leading French provider of test and measurement solutions. As of February 18, 2026, Société Financière de Participation Auboise sold all of its Logic Instrument shares issued to finance the acquisition. This transaction generated a net profit of over €70,000 for Logic Instrument, demonstrating market confidence.

Distrame plans to reach €30 million in revenue, supported by four strategic pillars. Strengthening partnerships with industry leaders, digitizing customer services, developing sovereign software, and expanding into Europe, with its first recruitment in Germany, are its priorities.
