Ameriprise Financial Inc. exceeds 5% of ARGAN's capital
On October 13, 2025, ARGAN announced that Ameriprise Financial Inc. had crossed the thresholds of 5% of the company's capital and voting rights. This event, which occurred on October 7, 2025, brings Ameriprise's stake to 5.01%, or 1,288,370 ARGAN shares. Ameriprise acts for various clients and funds under its management.
This crossing results from the acquisition of shares on the market. Ameriprise declared, within the framework of Article L.233-9 I, 4° bis of the French Commercial Code, that it has 204,338 ARGAN shares through "contracts for differences" with no maturity, settled in cash.
The shares are held by Columbia Management Investment Advisors LLC and Thames River Capital LLP, under the control of Ameriprise.
