ARGAN Delivers AutOnom® Cold Storage Warehouse to DANONE
ARGAN and DANONE have successfully completed a strategic logistics project with the delivery of a new AutOnom® cold storage warehouse in Sorigny, France. Following a contract and groundwork laid in 2025, the site is now operational, enhancing DANONE's logistics in Western France.
The 8,200 sq.m facility, featuring 6,400 sq.m of positive cold storage, showcases ARGAN's latest innovations, including an extensive rooftop photovoltaic system. Covering nearly 3,000 sq.m, the installation offers 580 kWp capacity, paired with 230 kWh energy storage to lower CO₂ emissions by 35%.
This project underscores ARGAN and DANONE's commitment to sustainable logistics. Located near Tours with strategic highway access, the site benefits from regional business synergy. A long-term lease ensures the facility's sustainability and operational excellence in the region.
