Argo Blockchain Provides Update on Hosting and Miner Operations

Argo Blockchain PLC has announced updates to its hosting arrangements and miner operations. The company has increased its hosting agreement with Merkle Standard LLC to house 9,315 S19J Pro miners at Merkle's Memphis, Tennessee facility, up from 8,113 miners initially reported. An additional 4,000 miners will be hosted at Merkle's Washington State location.

Argo has also agreed to sell 2,000 S19J Pro miners for around $550,000. Furthermore, 2,500 miners are to be installed at Argo's Quebec facility. By April 2025, the company expects 69% of its 23,000 miners from Helios to be operational. Following the sale, Argo will retain approximately 5,000 SJ19 Pro's for potential sale or rehosting.
