Argo Blockchain Reports December 2024 Operational Results
Argo Blockchain PLC, listed on both the LSE and NASDAQ, released its operational update for December 2024. The company mined 39 Bitcoin throughout the month, maintaining a daily production rate of 1.3 BTC, consistent with November.
Revenue from mining activities increased to $3.9 million in December, compared to $3.4 million in November. This rise was attributed to improved hashprice and a higher Bitcoin price. By the end of December, Argo held the equivalent of two BTC.
The company's hosting agreement with Galaxy concluded on December 28, 2024. Argo is set to refurbish 23,619 S19J Pro machines previously housed at Galaxy's site for future use in an air-cooled facility. The search for alternative hosting sites is ongoing.
