Arkema announces its recent treasury share transactions
The Arkema group announced that it carried out share purchase transactions between March 24 and 25, 2025. These transactions fall within the scope of Article 5(2) of European Regulation No. 596/2014. In total, the company acquired 7,000 shares over the two days.
On March 24, Arkema purchased 4,000 shares at a weighted average price of €75.8167 per share. The following day, March 25, an additional 3,000 shares were purchased at an average price of €75.8952. Both transactions were completed on the XPAR market.
