Arkema Conducts Share Buyback Transactions

From February 17 to February 21, 2025, Arkema executed a series of share buyback transactions. These actions are in compliance with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. A total of 22,500 shares were repurchased during this five-day period.

The daily tranches ranged from 3,500 to 7,000 shares. The weighted average price for these acquisitions was €81.5923 per share. The transactions were conducted on the Paris market, denoted by the market identifier code XPAR.
