Arkema: Declaration of Voting Rights as of February 28, 2026
Arkema, a company specializing in materials, published its regulated information as of March 10, 2026. In accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority, Arkema communicated the total number of voting rights and shares.
As of February 28, 2026, Arkema's share capital consisted of 76,060,831 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounted to 95,362,268. However, the actual number of voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, was 94,964,128.
