Arkema Discloses Share Buyback Transactions
Arkema has announced the completion of several share buyback transactions from January 20 to January 23, 2025. The transactions were conducted in line with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. This initiative is part of Arkema's strategic financial management to optimize capital allocation.
Over this period, a total of 16,000 shares were repurchased. On January 20, 3,500 shares were bought back at a weighted average price of €75.18. The highest volume was recorded on January 21, with 7,000 shares purchased at an average price of €74.62. The acquisition continued with 3,500 shares on January 22 at €74.53, and concluded with 2,000 shares on January 23 at €74.79. The overall average price was €74.74 per share.
