BlackRock adjusts its stake in ARKEMA
BlackRock Inc., a New York-based asset management firm, recently changed its stake in Arkema, according to filings with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). On September 29, 2026, BlackRock crossed the 5% threshold, holding 3,821,680 shares representing 5.02% of Arkema's share capital and 4.01% of its voting rights. This increase resulted from an off-market acquisition.
The following day, September 30, BlackRock reduced its stake to 4.88% of the share capital and 3.89% of the voting rights, representing 3,712,417 shares. This decrease was due to share sales both on and off the market. These transactions illustrate the dynamics of BlackRock's investments in Arkema.
