BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold of ARKEMA downwards
On February 5, 2025, the New York-based management company BlackRock Inc. informed ARKEMA and the AMF that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of its capital downwards. This change took place on February 4, 2025. BlackRock now holds 3,800,216 ARKEMA shares, representing 4.99% of the capital and 3.99% of the voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold is due to a sale of ARKEMA shares on the market. In addition, a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral contributed to this decrease. BlackRock, however, retains additional shares for its clients who have retained the exercise of their voting rights.
