BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold of ARKEMA's capital

BlackRock Inc. has crossed the 5% threshold of ARKEMA's capital, as stated in a letter dated February 13, 2025. Acting on behalf of its clients and various funds, BlackRock now holds 3,947,258 ARKEMA shares. This represents 5.19% of the capital and 4.15% of the voting rights of the company.

This crossing is mainly the result of share acquisitions made both on and off the market. In addition, an increase in the number of shares held as collateral also contributed to this change.

These shares include various categories, such as ADRs and shares derived from contracts for differences (CFDs), as well as those held as collateral and arising from securities lending.
