BlackRock crosses the threshold in ARKEMA's capital
On April 9, 2025, BlackRock Inc., acting on behalf of its clients and funds, lowered its stake in ARKEMA to 5%, according to a statement received by the authorities on April 10. The company now holds 3,793,182 shares, representing 4.99% of the capital and 3.99% of the voting rights in ARKEMA.
This decrease results from the sale of shares on the market and the reduction of shares held as collateral. Specifically, these shares include 144,438 ARKEMA ADRs and various other types of contract-related and collateral, for which BlackRock retains the role of discretionary manager.
