BlackRock exceeds the 5% threshold of ARKEMA's capital

Asset management company BlackRock Inc. announced that it has exceeded the 5% threshold of ARKEMA's capital. As of January 22, 2025, it holds 4,077,116 shares, or 5.36% of the capital. This represents 4.29% of the voting rights.

This crossing results from purchases of shares on the market and an increase in securities held as collateral. The shares include in particular 151,447 ARKEMA ADRs and 620,756 shares held as collateral.

BlackRock also stressed its discretionary management of voting rights, unless otherwise requested by its clients. The details of the transaction reflect the growing interest in ARKEMA, listed on Euronext Paris.
