Half-year review of Arkema's liquidity contract as of December 31, 2025

Arkema has published the half-year report on its liquidity contract with Natixis Oddo BHF. As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 141,945 shares and €5,727,787. Initially, the contract had a balance of €15 million.

Between July 1 and December 31, 2025, 13,401 buy transactions were completed for a volume of 1,568,340 shares, totaling €87,595,315. On the sell side, 12,605 transactions were carried out, representing a total of 1,515,668 shares for €84,925,318.

This half-year review highlights the intense activity in the market with a balance slightly in favour of purchases, both in number of transactions and in volume traded.
