Aroundtown SA Reports H1 2026 Results in Line with Guidance
Aroundtown SA announced its H1 2026 results, aligning with its forecast. The company's net rental income remained steady at €591 million, equivalent to the first half of 2025. This stability was due to a 2.7% like-for-like rental growth, which countered the effects of net disposals.
Adjusted EBITDA was also stable at €500 million, while FFO I decreased by 4% to €144 million, mainly due to increased finance expenses. Per share, FFO I was at €0.13, supported by a share buyback program. A full portfolio revaluation indicated stable values despite economic fluctuations, with a reported profit of €218 million.
The Loan-to-Value ratio increased slightly to 43%, and EPRA NTA per share rose by 3% to €8.0, driven by profits and strategic capital allocations like an increased stake in GCP. The company confirmed its FY 2026 guidance.
