Arrow Global Expands into Specialty Insurance Market

Arrow Global Group, a prominent pan-European investment manager, has launched Arrow Global Insurance (AGI) to capture institutional investment opportunities in the insurance sector. AGI is set up to leverage Arrow's expertise in underwriting, structuring, and capital management, focusing exclusively on specialty, non-catastrophe insurance lines.

The new platform covers property, casualty, and specialty insurance, including after-the-event insurance, contingent risks, and surety products. These areas are often underserved by traditional insurers but are increasingly significant for corporate and private capital participants seeking better risk management.

As part of this expansion, Arrow founded Toremis Specialty to manage underwriting, supported by Halldora Re Ltd, a reinsurer with a strong financial rating. AGI aims to thrive in fragmented markets by providing tailored risk solutions, ensuring attractive returns and a scalable opportunity for its investors.
