US Court Allows Revolution Wind Project to Resume
The US District Court for the District of Columbia has granted Revolution Wind, LLC a preliminary injunction. This decision opposes the suspension order released by the Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) in December 2025.
