Artmarket.com: Update on voting rights and shares

Artmarket.com, listed on Eurolist by Euronext Paris, has released its updated data regarding voting rights and shares. As of March 31, 2026, the share capital comprised 6,651,515 shares. These shares represent a total of 8,760,367 voting rights, of which the theoretical and actual rights are identical. Shares held in registered form for more than two years benefit from double voting rights, while treasury shares do not.
