Voting Rights and Shares of Artmarket.com

Artmarket.com has published its monthly report on voting and share rights in accordance with Article L 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of December 31, 2024, the share capital consists of 6,651,515 shares. These shares all have equal voting rights, except for treasury shares without voting rights and those held in registered form for more than two years, which have double voting rights. The total number of voting rights, theoretical and real, is 8,759,807.
