SCUR-Alpha 1849 GmbH Proposes Takeover and Delisting of artnet AG
SCUR-Alpha 1849 GmbH, soon to be Leonardo Art Holdings GmbH, has announced a public takeover and delisting offer for artnet AG. The offer targets acquiring all no-par value registered shares of artnet AG, priced at EUR 11.25 per share. The move aligns with the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act and does not hinge on closing conditions.
The agreement between artnet AG and the bidder entails support for the offer and revoking trading admission on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bidder has secured commitments to accept the offer from certain shareholders, encompassing approximately 65% of the company's shares. The official offer awaits approval from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority.
