RGREEN INVEST supports geothermal energy with Arverne through GEOGREEN

On July 2, 2026, RGREEN INVEST finalized a €52.4 million investment through its INFRAGREEN V fund in GEOGREEN, the holding company of Pierre Brossollet, founder of Arverne, a leading French provider of geothermal solutions. This partnership, aimed at supporting European energy sovereignty, will enable Arverne to deploy large-scale, low-carbon geothermal infrastructure.

The investment includes the acquisition of €37 million in bonds, contributing to Arverne's Dual Flow strategic plan. GEOGREEN, in collaboration with other investors, is committed to maintaining its stake in Arverne below 30% of the shares.

Arverne aims to produce 4 TWh of geothermal energy in France by 2031, reaching 50% of the national energy targets. Its lithium production will power 800,000 electric vehicles. GEOGREEN is majority-owned by Arosco, followed by INFRAGREEN V.
