Asolvi, a leading provider of field service management software in Europe, has announced the acquisition of Foxtag GmbH, a fast-growing software provider for the fire and security sector, based in Hamburg, Germany. This strategic move aims to enhance Asolvi's growth and strengthen its position in this regulated, high-growth market.

Foxtag, founded in 2015, has seen substantial organic growth, serving over 600 customers with its flexible cloud-native solutions. Asolvi plans to integrate Foxtag's technology, enhancing its product offering and expanding capabilities across Europe.
