ETV Montana Tech and Makra GmbH to Sell 500,000 ASTA Energy Shares

ETV Montana Tech Holding GmbH and Makra GmbH are initiating the sale of up to 500,000 existing shares in ASTA Energy Solutions AG. These shares, representing approximately 3.5% of the company's share capital, will be offered exclusively to institutional investors. The transaction aims to boost the free float from 39.4% to around 42.9%, thereby enhancing stock liquidity.

Part of the proceeds will settle an earn-out obligation linked to ASTA's recent IPO. Despite this sale, ETV Montana Tech and Makra GmbH will maintain a majority stake of around 51.2% in the company. The process is supported by Berenberg, acting as the Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner.
