Atari plans to relocate to Luxembourg
On April 3, 2026, Atari SA announced the convening of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for May 27, 2026, to decide on the proposed transfer of its registered office to Luxembourg. This relocation requires shareholder approval at this meeting.
A specific notice detailing the agenda and voting procedures will be published in accordance with applicable laws. Shareholders opposed to the proposal may withdraw by selling their shares at a repurchase price of €0.12 per share.
Atari also plans to consult with convertible bondholders. If they do not approve the transfer, Atari will offer to buy back the bonds in cash. The transfer is expected to be completed by July 2026.
