Preliminary update of Atari's activities for fiscal year 2026

Atari has released an update for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company expects revenue of approximately $50 million, lower than its previous estimate of $60 million. Despite this downward revision, Atari anticipates continued revenue growth, marking its third consecutive year of strong growth of nearly 40%.

The inclusion of Thunderful is expected to bring annual revenue to approximately $60 million, further boosting the company's growth. Atari continues to execute its strategic plans, initiated in 2022, focused on its gaming business and strengthening its publishing capabilities through the acquisitions of Digital Eclipse, Nightdive Studios, and Thunderful.
