ATEME Unveils the Plans for Achieving Gender Parity by 2025
ATEME recently announced its plan to comply with parity rules within the company by 2025. This initiative is part of ATEME's ongoing efforts to promote gender equality in the workplace.
The company plans several measures to achieve this goal. These include strengthening recruitment policies to ensure gender balance among successful candidates. In addition, awareness and training programs will be implemented to foster a culture of inclusion and respect for diversity.
