Joint General Assembly: Ateme Adopts All Resolutions
On May 22, 2026, Ateme held its Combined General Meeting in Paris under the chairmanship of Michel Artières. Attendance reached a quorum of 52.82%, well above the legal thresholds required, allowing the adoption of all 24 proposed resolutions.
Shareholders approved the 2025 financial statements and the compensation of the Chairman and CEO. Grant Thornton was appointed as auditor, replacing Ernst & Young. The compensation policies for executives and directors were also approved.
The Assembly renewed the financial delegations allowing for capital increases and approved share ownership plans, including free share allocations.
Finally, two statutory amendments were accepted, thereby strengthening the company's governance structure.
