Atomis GmbH Expands into Austrian Market with Vienna Hotel Acquisition

German hotel operator Atomis GmbH has expanded its footprint beyond Germany by acquiring Vienna's renowned Hotel Kaffeemühle. This marks Atomis' first international venture. Located in the bustling heart of Vienna, the 76-room hotel offers guests easy access to Mariahilfer Straße, the city's major shopping street, and is well-connected by public transport. Atomis plans significant investments to enhance the hotel's infrastructure and services.

Atomis Managing Director Alexander Eisner highlighted the importance of maintaining quality and tradition with their first international project. The hotel's charm and prime location in Vienna's 7th district make it an ideal choice for tourists.

The acquisition was facilitated by Colliers, a leading investment consultant. Previously operated by Schiehser Hotels GmbH and owned by the Lugner Family Private Foundation, the hotel will see Atomis improve its infrastructure and design.
