Aton Resources Forms Strategic Partnership with Hongkong Xinhai
Aton Resources Inc., based in Vancouver, has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hongkong Xinhai Mining Services Limited. This agreement is in relation to Xinhai's $4 million investment in Aton's private placement. The MOU outlines plans for strategic collaboration aimed at advancing Aton's mineral properties in Egypt.
As part of this collaboration, Aton intends to appoint Zhongyi (John) Zhang, Xinhai's nominee, to its board of directors, contingent on approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. This move signals a strengthening of ties between the two firms and a shared commitment to develop Aton's Egyptian projects.
