CFO Petra Preining Departs from AT&S After Successful Refinancing

On August 31, 2025, CFO Petra Preining will step down from her role at AT&S AG, a leader in the production of printed circuit boards and substrates. Her departure follows the successful completion of key refinancing efforts. The Supervisory Board regrettably accepted her resignation, mutually terminating her contract as she seeks new professional opportunities.

Since her appointment in October 2022, Preining has overseen finance, controlling, procurement, investor relations, and compliance, among other areas. Both the Supervisory Board and the CEO have expressed gratitude for her contributions.

Following her exit, senior finance, controlling, and legal managers will temporarily assume her duties. An international agency has been tasked with finding a suitable successor.
