Aubay will exceed €600 million in revenue by 2025
In 2025, Aubay surpassed €600 million in revenue, reaching €601.7 million, an increase of 11.4%. Organic growth of 1.2% reflects the gradual improvement throughout the year. In France, revenue increased by 23.9%, driven by the integration of Solutec, which contributed €55 million.
Internationally, Aubay maintained stable revenue in the fourth quarter compared to the previous year, despite losing market share in the Benelux region. The Italian and Iberian markets showed significant improvement in the last quarter, with organic growth of 2.8% and 2.2% respectively.
The outlook for 2026 remains positive, with expected revenue between €676 million and €690 million and an operating margin between 9.0% and 9.5%. The governance transition is planned for May 2026, with Philippe Rabasse succeeding Christian Aubert as Chairman of the Board.
