Completion of the full acquisition of Solutec SAS by Aubay
On August 5, Aubay's Board of Directors met to finalize the full acquisition of Solutec SAS. This transaction now brings Aubay's stake in its subsidiary to 100%. Previously, Aubay held 98.05% of the capital.
To compensate for this contribution, Aubay has decided to issue 41,752 new shares. This issue represents 0.33% of the post-transaction share capital. The new shares will soon be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris, in addition to the existing shares.
Following this transaction, Aubay's share capital now stands at 6,417,303.50 euros, divided into 12,834,607 shares. Each share has a nominal value of 0.50 euros.
