On April 13, 2026, AXA disclosed the composition of its share capital and voting rights for March 31, 2026. The French insurance giant, listed on Euronext Paris Compartment A, reported a share capital of €4,787,524,091.46. At this date, AXA's total number of shares amounted to 2,090,654,930, while the total voting rights stood at 2,535,669,596.
