AXCAP Ventures Engages Multiple Partners for Investor Relations

AXCAP Ventures Inc. has announced agreements with various investor relations and marketing service providers to bolster its visibility in North America and Europe. These agreements, effective from May 2, 2025, are part of AXCAP's strategy to enhance investor awareness and strategic communication efforts.

The agreements involve several notable partnerships. Senergy Communications Capital Inc. will handle digital marketing for a four-month term at a monthly fee of $200,000. Echo Elite Ads Ltd., tasked with creating advertising content, has a six-week term for a fee of €133,000.

Further agreements include Fairfax Partners Inc. for content management over three months at a fee of $65,000, and Entourage Group, Inc., providing marketing services for 45 days at $500,000. Capital Gain Media Inc. and Torque Capital Partners will also play roles in enhancing AXCAP’s market profile.

AXCAP emphasizes that no securities will be issued for these services. In total, AXCAP is investing an estimated $3,052,554 CAD in these initiatives.
