Roxmore Resources Completes C$32.64 Million Private Placement

Roxmore Resources Inc., based in Vancouver, has finalized its non-brokered private placement, generating C$32.64 million. This figure surpasses initial expectations due to strong investor demand, leading to an increase announced on February 18, 2026. The placement resulted in the issuance of 13.6 million common shares at C$2.40 each.

The funds are earmarked for advancing the Converse Gold Project, a major development in Nevada, and cover several pre-feasibility study activities. Drilling, re-assay programs, and preliminary permitting tops the agenda alongside hydrogeological and metallurgical testing.

The successful fundraising also brings prominent investors, including L1 Capital, into Roxmore's shareholder base. Cash advisory and finder's fees were paid as part of the transaction, with shares subject to a hold period until July 2026.
