74Software Reports Strong Q3 Growth Amid Subscription Surge

74Software announced Q3 2026 revenue of €183.9 million, marking a 5.8% organic increase. This growth was propelled by heightened subscription rates at both Axway and SBS. Product revenue saw a 9.5% organic rise, while annual recurring revenue (ARR) surged nearly 10% year-on-year. The group's objectives for the year remain unchanged.

Axis of growth was a greater reliance on subscription models, overshadowing reduced Maintenance & Support income. Axway's expansion included new MFT customer acquisitions in the automotive and luxury sectors, along with established renewals.

Simultaneously, SBS observed robust subscription growth across its Integrated and Financing Products, although Banking Components lagged. Such diversified movements contributed to an overall double-digit ARR growth for key SBS segments.
