Legal reorganization at 74Software to optimize its strategy
On September 16, 2026, 74Software announced an internal reorganization to better align its legal structure with its portfolio strategy of software companies. This move follows the acquisition of Sopra Banking Software in 2024 and the rebranding of Axway Software. The group now operates under the Axway and SBS brands.
74Software SA will remain the listed parent company, responsible for the strategy and management of its portfolio. Axway's French operations will be transferred to Axway SAS. The aim is to improve organizational clarity and support future development. No financial or operational impact is expected, and the legal process is underway. The transaction is expected to close by October 2026, with retroactive effect to January 1st.
