Transactions in 74Software's own shares between August 31 and September 4, 2026
74Software has published a press release detailing its own share transactions from August 31 to September 4, 2026. Indeed, thanks to the authorization of the General Meeting of May 19, 2026, the company has put in place a share buyback program.
On September 4, 74Software acquired a total of 1,400 shares at an average price of €39 per share, for a total amount of €54,600. All these transactions were carried out on the XPAR market through Crédit Industriel et Commercial.
This process aligns with the current European regulatory framework, in accordance with Article 5 of European Regulation No. 596/2014.
