Baloise Swiss Property Fund announces a capital increase of CHF 150 million
Baloise Asset Management SA has announced a CHF 150 million capital increase for the Baloise Swiss Property Fund. This fundraising aims to finance the acquisition of a real estate portfolio comprising 14 properties located in ten Swiss cantons. The subscription period is scheduled to begin in August 2026.
The acquisition, valued at CHF 300 million, requires FINMA approval. The remaining financing will be secured through divestments and borrowed capital. This strategy aims to diversify the fund's portfolio and increase the liquidity of its securities listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Detailed terms of the issuance will be announced at a later date.
