The Baloise Swiss Property Fund posted strong half-year results
The Baloise Swiss Property Fund (BSPF), listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, reported positive results for the first half of the 2025/2026 financial year. Despite an uncertain economic environment, the fund achieved a return of 5.8%. This growth is attributed to a strategic acquisition and a planned capital increase for the acquisition of real estate assets valued at CHF 300 million.
Projected rental income saw a significant increase of 21.4% compared to the previous year, reaching CHF 29.55 million. A capital increase of CHF 150 million is planned to support continued growth in the second half of the year.
